Digital Product Nature:

Our service is a digital product that offers automated WhatsApp compliance due date reminders and related support. Once a subscription is activated and services are delivered, refunds are generally not possible.

Refund Eligibility:

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  •  Duplicate payment due to technical error.
  •  Failure to initiate the service after payment (no reminders sent).
  •  Wrong plan charged and reported within 24 hours of payment.

Non-Refundable Circumstances:

  • Change of mind after payment.
  • Partial use of the service.
  • Failure to provide required information or documentation.
  • Non-receipt of WhatsApp alerts due to incorrect number entry by the user.
