Our service is a digital product that offers automated WhatsApp compliance due date reminders and related support. Once a subscription is activated and services are delivered, refunds are generally not possible.
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment due to technical error.
- Failure to initiate the service after payment (no reminders sent).
- Wrong plan charged and reported within 24 hours of payment.
Non-Refundable Circumstances:
- Change of mind after payment.

- Failure to provide required information or documentation.
